It has been a busy winter for these bones. I have been fortunate enough to land two great spots thanks to the hard work of friends at Platform Music Group and GEMS as well as putting my nose to the grind stone in the studio.
The first being the theme song to the new Nat Geo show, “The Legend of Mick Dodge.” The intro to the show features a version of “Dancin’ Tonight” off The Wildness EP. Super excited about that. I haven’t seen the show, but I hear it’s great. They tell me it’s on Tuesdays at 10pm on NatGeo. So go take a look and let me know your thoughts.
Also, two weeks ago Equinox Gym launched their, “Equinox Made Me Do It” campaign with a great little video that features a song called “Ticket Home” off my upcoming release. This song isn’t available just yet… but with any luck you should be able to find it kicking around the internet in the next month or so. So keep your eyes peeled.
Which brings me to why I’ve been so busy these past few months… I have been busy in the studio recording a new album, set to be released this spring. I’m particularly excited because this will be my first full length annnnddd I’ve been lucky enough to have a great producer to help me out along the way, Charles Newman of Mother West. I’m feeling very professional these days. I can’t share much more than that… I don’t want to ruin the surprise.
Oh! I almost forgot, if you are out and about these next coming month please stop on by a show. I have a handful in the North East in early February and few down in Texas in March for SXSW. They are listed below. The First being this coming Sunday 1/19 in NYC at Rockwood. I play at ten.

“I am always trying to convey something that can’t be conveyed, to explain something which is inexplicable, to tell about something I have in my bones, something which can be expressed only in the bones.”
Something we should aspire for.
